Details of construction

 Mask - Pattern purchased off Etsy, made from 2 mm eva foam, glued together, painted with Gesso and acrylic, weathered with black acrylic. Attached to a black spandex fabric for ease of wearing. Lights attached to the fabric under the mask. Later remade from Worbla, and attached with velcro and elastic.

Hood and Cape – Made from black broadcloth, painted with red fabric paint.

Ace of Spades + Hunter’s knife - commissioned from Gord Wu.

Shoulder pads – made from black broadcloth, painted with white fabric paint for the spade. Cross cross pattern are sewn on shoelaces. Silver stretch material + elastic and a buckle hold the shoulder pieces in place.

Chest armor + belts – Made from pleather/vinyl, and sewn together. This holds the cape in place to the chest piece. Earth patch is painted on with white fabric paint and black acrylic.

Undershirt – painted red strips, formerly modified from the Strike Commander Morrison Cosplay.

Gloves – bought from Canadian Tire, Mechanix gloves were painted black to cover the images, and the extra details on the left hand made from 2mm EVA foam and glued onto the gloves.

Wrist cuffs – made from pleather, painted with white fabric paint, secured in place by elastic in the cuff.

Chaps – stretch pleather, held up by a vinyl belt underneath the chest piece. White criss cross made with white shoelaces sewn on.

Knee guard – 2 mm EVA foam painted with Gesso for primer, silver/white mixed acyrlic for the base, and detailed with black.

Red socks – Red broadcloth sewn together to make it look more full. Secured by elastic strapping.

Shinpads – Black worbla shaped into the correct look, secured by elastic strapping, painted with antique gold acrylic. Included here is the foam wrap that gives the illusion of a full booted look.

Top of foot guard – 2mm eva foam glued together and secured by elastic strapping. painted with Gesso for primer and Silver Acylic.
